This privacy policy sets out how Payzee uses and protects any information that you provide when you download and install the Payzee mobile app on your smartphone.

Payzee is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using the Payzee mobile app, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Payzee may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you adhere to these changes.

We may collect the following information:

  • Name

  • Contact information including email address and postal address

  • Credit Card information. The Payzee app does not store Credit Card Number in full. We only store the first and last 4 digits. This information is passed in full to our payment partner Cardknox for processing at the time of card enrollment

  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests, if required

  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To pass on to our payment partner Cardknox for payment processing.

  • Internal record keeping.

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in suitable measures.

Controlling your personal information

We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties except our payment partner Cardkonx, or are required by law to do so.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please send an email to support@payzee.app. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Account Deletion Policy

To permanently delete your account please email us at support@payzee.app. By deleting your account, your data will no longer be associated with us.

* After successful deletion, you will not be able to sign into the Payzee app

* This process may take up to 48 hours, and you will be notified when it’s complete
